Preparation Procedures:
1. Cut tops off of peppers, removing seeds and ribs. Save tops. Place peppers in baking pan.
2. Cook turkey, garlic, cinnamon, and cumin in a skillet on medium heat until meat is slightly pink. Add pine nuts, raisins, and tomato sauce. Cook until mixture is hot.
3. Remove mixture from skillet and mix in rice and olives. Divide mixture into peppers and replace tops.
4. Cover pan tightly with foil. Bake at 400 until peppers are soft, about 20 minutes.
