Preparation Procedures:
1. Cut the plantains into 4 to 6 pieces each. Melt butter in frying pan.

2. Fry plantains in butter until they are golden. Add cinnamon and sugar, then water.
3. Cook on medium heat for 20-25 minutes or until water is completely evaporated.
