Preparation Procedures:
1. Rinse
and dry fruit. Remove outer peel from citrus in a spiral, Cut away pith
and slice flesh into rounds. Slice and core other fruit. Cut into 1
inch dice.
2. Divide fruit, peel and sugar into 2 large glass pitchers. Pour 1/2 of the wine, then 1/2 of the brandy, then 1/2 of the water into each pitcher. Stir. Chill until ready to serve. Should be served icy cold.
