Sangria

Valencia orange

Lemon

Peach
1
Granny Smith or other tart apple
1/2 c.
Sugar
3 bottles
Dry red wine, chilled (750 ml. each)
1/4 c.
Brandy
12 oz.
Sparkling water

Preparation Procedures:

1. Rinse and dry fruit. Remove outer peel from citrus in a spiral, Cut away pith and slice flesh into rounds. Slice and core other fruit. Cut into 1 inch dice.

2. Divide fruit, peel and sugar into 2 large glass pitchers. Pour 1/2 of the wine, then 1/2 of the brandy, then 1/2 of the water into each pitcher. Stir. Chill until ready to serve. Should be served icy cold.
