Preparation Procedures:
1. Combine the chicken breast with garlic, lemon juice, rosemary, olive oil, salt and pepper.

2. Let marinate at room temperature for at least 2 hours or refrigerate overnight. Preheat over to 450 degrees. Remove the chicken from marinade and pat dry with paper towels.
3. Heat heavy non-stick frying pan. Add chicken. Let them brown quickly, then turn and brown on second side. Transfer to baking pan.
4. Sprinkle sweet wine over chicken. Pour off the fat in the frying pan. Add the broth and swirl it around. Pour over chicken. Bake until the chicken is cooked, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped rosemary and garnish with lemon wedges.
