Preparation Procedures:
1.
For crust, cream together cheese and butter, then add flour. Mix and
form into a ball and chill. Roll this out and cut rounds slightly larger
than holes in a muffin tin.
2. For filling, cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs, then remaining ingredients. Mix well.
3. Put crust rounds in muffin tin, then fill with filling.
4. Bake at 350 until you can stick a toothpick in and it comes out clean.
