Preparation Procedures:
1. Mix and sift dry ingredients into mixing bowl. Make a well and add egg yolks, oil, honey, and coffee. Beat until smooth and blended.

2. In separate bowl, add cream of tartar to egg whites. Beat until whites stand in stiff peaks. Gently fold in yolk mixture. Do not beat or stir.
3. Pour batter into a greaser 9" tube pan. Bake at 350 for 55 to 60 minutes, until cake springs back when lightly touched. Invert cake pan until completely cooled. Loosen with knife.
