Green Goddess Dressing

1/2 c.
Buttermilk
1/2 c.
Mayonnaise
1/2 c.
Fresh parsley, minced
6 Tbsp.
Sour cream
1/4 c.
Fresh chives, minced
3 Tbsp.
Fresh tarragon, minced (can substitute basil or dill)
1 Tbsp.Lemon juice
1 cloveGarlic
1/2 tsp.Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper

Preparation Procedures:

1. Process all ingredients together in food processor until smooth, about 20 seconds. 

Note: Dressing can be refrigerated for up to 2 days; whisk to recombine before using.

Low-fat Green Goddess Dressing: Use nonfat buttermilk, nonfat sour cream and lowfat mayonnaise and increase the lemon juice to 2 tablespoons.
