6 c.
Rolled oats
1 c.
Wheat germ
1 c.
Coconut
3/4 c.
Chopped nuts
1/2 c            
Oil
1 1/2 tsp.Salt
1/2 c.
Honey
1 1/2 tsp.
Vanilla extract
1/3 c.
Water
1/2 c.
Raisins

Preparation Procedures:

1. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl. 

2. Mix all other ingredients, except raisins, in separate bowl.

3. Add honey mixture to dry ingredients, mixing until well blended. 

4. Spread on two cookie sheets.  Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, turning mixture over halfway through.

5. Once cooked, remove from oven and add 1/2 cup raisins.

Pan Size & Preparation:  2 cookie sheets

Yield:  Store in tightly covered container.  Makes about 11 cups

Oven Temperature:  Bake at 350 degrees 

Baking Time:  20 minutes, turning the mixture over half way through to keep from burning.
