Goulash Casserole

1 1/2 lb.
Lean ground beef, turkey, or buffalo
1
Large yellow onion, chopped
1
Green bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp.
Paprika
1 1/2 tsp.
Salt
1 tsp.
Chili powder
1 can
Tomato soup
1 can
Mushroom soup
1 can
Corn
1 can
Pitted ripe olives, drained, about 6 oz.
1 small jar
Diced pimento, about 4 oz.
2 c.Shell macaroni
1 c.Grated cheddar cheese

Preparation Procedures:

1. In skillet, brown ground meat, onion, and bell pepper. Drain.

2. Add other ingredients, minus macaroni and cheese, to browned mixture. 

3. Cook macaroni and combine with browned mixture. Pour into large greased baking casserole dish. Top with cheese. 

4. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until hot and bubbly. 

Yield:  6 - 8 servings
