Fudge Almond Cheesecake

                          
Quantities                   Ingredients
Crust:
1 1/4 c.
Graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c.Sugar
1/4 c.
Butter, melted
1 tsp.
Almond extract


Filling:
24 oz.
Cream cheese, softened
1 c.     
Sugar
3Eggs
2 tsp.Almond extract
2 tsp.Vanilla extract


Topping:
1/2 c.Semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 Tbsp.Butter

Preparation Procedures:

1. Mix together the crust ingredients.  Press into the bottom of a 9" spring-form pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for 8 minutes. 

2. Mix together filling ingredients until blended well. Pour into crust and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. 

3. Melt chocolate chips and butter over low heat. Spread onto cooled cake and garnish with almonds. Refrigerate overnight to ripen flavor. 

Pan Size & Preparation:  9" spring-form pan 

Oven Temperature:  375 degrees for crust; 350 degrees for complete cheesecake 

Baking Time:  8 minutes for crust; 45 minutes for complete cheesecake
