Preparation Procedures:

1. Put together flour, sugar and salt. Beat the egg. Add the egg to the dry ingredients and knead the mix.

2. Add the oil and water, knead for 20 minutes. Reposed and cover dough for 20 minutes. 

3. Again, knead for 20 minutes. Make little balls with the dough then make the little balls into a tortilla shape. 

4. Fry in very hot oil. On a cold day you can eat flotas with hot chocolate.
