Eggnog



Quantities                  Ingredients
1 dozen       
Eggs, separated
1 lb.
Powdered sugar
16 oz.
Bourbon
16 oz.
Dark rum or brandy
1 qt.
Milk
1 qt.
Cream, whipped

Preparation Procedures:

1. Beat egg yolks and sugar. Slowly whip in liquor and milk.

2. Whip egg whites and float on top of liquor mixture, then add whipped cream. Stir mixture to break up cream and egg whites into small puffs.
