Quantities Ingredients

| Frozen petite green peas |
1 c.
| Chopped celery |
1 c.
| Fresh cauliflower florets |

1/2 c. | Shredded carrots |
2 Tbsp.
| Chopped pimento |
1 c.
| Sunflower seeds or chopped cashews |
1/4 c.
| Crisp, crumbled bacon |
1 c.
| Ranch dressing |
1/2 tsp.
| Dijon mustard |
Preparation Procedures:
1. Rinse peas in hot water; drain.
2. Combine vegetables, nuts, and bacon.
3. Mix dressing and mustard; pour over salad.
4. Toss gently. Chill for half hour or more.
