Crunchy Green Pea Salad



Quantities                            Ingredients

1 12 oz. package
Frozen petite green 
peas
1 c.
Chopped celery
1 c.
Fresh cauliflower 
florets
OR
1/2 c.Shredded carrots
2 Tbsp.
Chopped pimento
1 c.
Sunflower seeds 
or chopped cashews
1/4 c.
Crisp, crumbled bacon
1 c.
Ranch dressing
1/2 tsp.
Dijon mustard

Preparation Procedures:
 
1. Rinse peas in hot water; drain.

2. Combine vegetables, nuts, and bacon. 

3. Mix dressing and mustard; pour over salad. 

4. Toss gently. Chill for half hour or more. 

Yield:  About 6 servings

Preparation Time:  30 minutes
