Chicken breasts

Preparation Procedures:
1.
In a large bowl combine the chicken with the marinade of garlic,
oregano, salt, pepper, vinegar, olive oil, prunes, olives, capers and
juice and bay leaves. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
2. Arrange chicken breasts in shallow baking pan and spoon marinade over them evenly. Sprinkle chicken with brown sugar. Pour white wine around them.
3. Bake until done in 350 degree oven. Serve with prunes, olives, capers and juice. Spoon over chicken breasts.
Oven Temperature: 350 degrees
