Preparation Procedures:
1. One day in advance: trim crusts from bread, butter one side and cut into small cubes.
2. Put bread in layers in buttered soufflé dish with cheese, ending with cheese on top.

3. Beat eggs, add milk and other ingredients. Pour over bread and cheese. Sprinkle with paprika (optional). Refrigerate overnight.
Pan Size & Preparation: Classic soufflé dish approximately 7 x 3 ¼ inch or so
Yield: 4 servings
Preparation Time: 30 to 45 minutes
Oven Temperature: 350 degrees
Baking Time: 1 hour
Test for Doneness: Gently insert toothpick so as not to deflate.
This dish is easy and never fails. Good for breakfast, lunch
or dinner. Show to guests as you remove from oven, impressive. Serve
immediately with fruit for breakfast, green vegetable at dinner.
