Buttermilk Pie

Eggs
2 cubes
Softened butter
2 c.
Buttermilk
4 Tbsp.
Lemon juice
3 c.
Sugar
4 Tbsp.
Flour
2 tsp.
Lemon and vanilla flavoring

Preparation Procedures:

1. Beat eggs and sugar together until light and thick. 

2. Add all other ingredients except buttermilk which must be added last.

Pan Size & Preparation:  Bake in uncooked pie shell 

Yield:  2 pies - for one pie, halve recipe

Preparation Time:  Approximately 30 minutes 

Oven Temperature:  300 degrees to 350 degrees 

Baking Time:  Until firm, approximately 30 to 40 minutes
