Brandied Cranberries

                                         
Quantities            Ingredients
4 c.
Cranberries
1 1/2 c.
Sugar
1/3 c.
Brandy

Preparation Procedures:

1. Place cranberries in 9" x 13" in baking pan.  Sprinkle sugar evenly over cranberries.

2. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.

3. Stir occasionally during baking time. Remove from oven. Stir in brandy.

Yield:  6 servings
