| Blue cheese, softened |

French bread, lightly toasted

Fresh apricots

Honey

Preparation Procedures:
1. Split apricots, remove seeds, and stuff with blue cheese.
2. Spread some blue cheese on each piece of toasted bread.
3. Lay an apricot on top of bread and drizzle with honey.
4. Bake for 5 minutes in a 300 degree oven. Serve warm.
