Preparation Procedures:
1.
Make a marinade of 3 parts soy sauce, 1 part lemon juice, 1 part
water. Reserve 1/4 cup marinade for brushing the chicken during baking.
2. Season chicken with garlic powder and ginger to taste.
3.
Place marinade and chicken parts in a plastic bag. Press out all the
air so the chicken is covered in marinade on all sides. Marinate chicken
in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
4.
Bake until internal temperature reaches 175 degrees, brushing with
reserved marinade every 20 minutes. This is good hot or cold.
Oven Temperature: 350 degrees
Baking Time: 45 minutes - 1 hour
