Preparation Procedures:
1. Drain the oil from one jar of the artichokes into a medium size skillet. Discard the oil from the other jar. Chop the artichokes and set aside.

2. Sauté the onions and garlic in the oil over medium heat.
3. Beat the eggs in a medium size bowl until frothy. Add the breadcrumbs and seasonings. Stir in the cheese, artichokes and onion.
4. Turn the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes. When cool, cut into 1 inch squares.
Pan Size & Preparation: Buttered 8-inch square pan
Oven Temperature: 350 degrees
Baking Time: 30 minutes
Notes: Serve warm or at room temperature. Serve with your choice of hot sauce.
